Our piano teacher Samuel, in North Greenwich, offers classical piano lessons for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Sam has been teaching piano lessons since 2016. In his career, Sam has performed in Russia, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, playing recitals that included music by Ravel, Prokofiev, Beethoven, Liszt, and Rachmaninoff. At university, he expanded his repertoire to include more contemporary music by Arvo Pärt, Kenneth Leighton, and Ligeti. Sam was busy as an accompanist and recorder of contemporary music, performing works by students and working with other instrumentalists. In Tambov, Russia, he performed movements from Dvorak's Piano Quintet and Rachmaninoff's Second Piano Concerto. In Manchester, this piano teacher often played orchestral piano with the University's Symphony orchestra. Upon arriving at university, Sam became busy with performing chamber music, including Brahms' Trio for Piano, Clarinet and Cello, and Poulenc's Sonata for Piano and Cello. He also performed larger-scale works by David Bedford as well as Beethoven's Fifth Piano Concerto.
