Anuvrat: Piano Teacher in SE8, London
Our piano teacher Anuvrat offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 8 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Anuvrat has been teaching piano lessons since 2015. In his stage career, he has performed at numerous concert venues and schools all across India and in London and Bromley, including the National Centre for Performing Arts (Mumbai, India) and the Old Royal Naval College Chapel (London). This piano teacher has also been a member of chamber ensembles, most recently a piano trio performing Beethoven's Ghost Trio. Anuvrat also plays as an accompanist, primarily with German lieder by Schubert, Mahler, and Strauss. He has also accompanied brass and wind instrumentalists. This piano teacher has been a prize winner at multiple piano competitions and was also selected as the Young Musician of the year recently in India. In addition to that, he is the Bagri Foundation Scholar and a Tata Scholar at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. Anuvrat is keen not only on performing and teaching, but also on learning to improve his teaching. He recently took two courses on piano teaching by Penelope Roskell and regularly attends and conducts music workshops about different aspects of piano playing such as technique and memorization.
