Sarah: Piano Teacher in SW4, London
Our piano teacher, Sarah, offers classical piano lessons for ages 7 and above, from beginner to advanced. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. She has been teaching piano lessons since 2012. This piano teacher has won several music competitions as a solo pianist, achieving trophies in the Oxford Music Festival, Buckingham Music Festival, and the Aylesbury Music Centre soloists' competition. She performed as a pianist as part of the Clare Lunchtime Concert series, the Kettle's Yard Concert Series, and Clare College Music Society, and was a member of the Aylesbury Music Centre Big Band. She was also a part of the Maynard Piano Trio during her time at Cambridge University, with whom she played concerts at prominent music venues including at the Orpheus and Bacchus festival in Bordeaux. Sarah has extensive experience accompanying instrumental and vocal concerts, choirs, and ABRSM exams on piano. She has studied with many notable teachers over her career including Eugene Injdic, Ian Jones, Konstantin Lapship, Graham Scott, Philip Martin, Martin Leigh, and Penelope Roskell. As a full-time piano tutor, Sarah is very experienced in bringing the best out of her pupils in a one-to-one environment through tailoring the learning to her students' individual needs.
