Christos: Piano Teacher in NW11, London
Our piano teacher, Christos, offers classical piano lessons for ages 7 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. He has been teaching piano lessons since 2014. In his career, Christos has performed in more than fifteen different cities of the Greek mainland. Notably, he has performed two solo piano recitals in the Ceremony Hall of the University of Macedonia, he has been commissioned by the Central Public Library of Veria funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and collaborated multiple times with Thessaloniki's Concert Hall, one of the most prestigious concerts halls in Greece. Christos has also performed with the University of Macedonia Orchestra as a piano soloist in two distinct first public presentations of contemporary music by young talented composers. His experience in chamber music is equally as extensive as his solo piano experience, being a regular member of chamber ensembles and awarded twice in the Chamber Music Competiton of the University of Macedonia. Aside from working as a piano teacher, Christos has been freelancing as a piano accompanist since 2016, offering piano services to instrumentalists and vocalists in need of piano accompaniment for exams or live performances. Additionally, he held a permanent position at the Frensh Institute of Thessaloniki, accompanying the adult and children choir on piano. For the last year, Christos has been focusing on cinema, finishing his MA in Film Studies and working as a composer, as well as a filmmaker. This piano teacher's high level of qualifications and professional experience allow him to offer engaging, fun, and tailor-made piano lessons, personalised according to each student's goals and aspirations.
