Our piano teacher Stoyka offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 12 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Stoyka has been teaching piano lessons since 1996. This piano teacher has participated in numerous ensembles and performed with the University Orchestra. Behind the scenes, she prepared repertoire for both rehearsal and performance and managed the schedule with students, faculty, and guest artists. Stoyka is an accompanist for ABRSM exams, recitals, and competitions. This piano teacher believes that examinations are important to secure further musical education, demonstrate progress, experience performance, and boost self-esteem and confidence. Her lessons are highly structured and usually include warm up, technicals, listening and aural work, working towards a performance, and, if appropriate, music theory. This piano teacher uses a variety of techniques for instruction, including ICT, music media, flash cards, and music games and songs.
