Our piano teacher Babatunde, in the University of Hull, offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Babatunde has been teaching piano lessons since 2007. In his career, this piano teacher has performed on piano in a number of concerts, in a variety of styles. He has performed in many settings, such as theatre performances and in special dignitary concerts for embassies, including for the British, German, and Italian consulates. He is the first Nigerian pianist in the history of West Africa to perform the Rhapsody in Blue piano concerto by George Gershwin in a major recital. Babatunde is primarily a solo pianist, but also has extensive experience performing with live bands and directing orchestras at various major festivals in Africa. He has worked with various choirs in the UK and is presently preparing to build an orchestral project. This piano teacher is a sought after accompanist for vocal ensembles, orchestras, and small musical groups. He regularly accompanies instrumentalists, vocalists, and students for exams, as well as church services and choirs. His expert sight-reading has endeared him into the hearts of many. Babatunde is also an avid composer, with some of his works including sacred works for Anglican choirs, such as hymn and psalm settings and contemporary renditions of common songs. He has also composed fanfares for brass ensembles. He is also a gifted writer, and has written seven books, including one for sight-reading music. Babatunde’s high level of qualifications and professional experience allow him to seamlessly offer engaging and inspiring piano lessons to students of all ages, well-catered to each student’s goals and aspirations.
