She has also performed in hotel lobbies and for weddings. She is a highly-skilled pianist who has won awards for her performances, including an award at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Ruth is a highly sought-after piano accompanist for instrumentalists, vocalists, and students. She is the principal accompanist at a highly-acclaimed independent school in Surrey where she accompanies for students’ exams, concerts, and competitions. She is also the principal pianist for many musical productions and has performed in shows such as Jesus Christ Superstar and Grease. As an accompanist, she spent a summer touring in Malta, performing in various churches, with one of the performances airing live on national television. As a music teacher, she has an excellent track record of helping her students achieving strong exam results.
