Sep 20 Barnaby: Piano Teacher in SE14, London

Our piano teacher Barnaby offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 3 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree and is an active performer and composer for a range of projects spanning pop, cabaret, television, and theatre. Barnaby has been teaching piano lessons since 2014. Barnaby is a piano accompanist and writer for a range of projects, most recently with The Gorgeous Diva, with whom he reached the finals of the Musical Comedy Awards in 2023. He also does session work for television, such as Hulu/Disney+'s The Great, and is currently working on projects for Universal. He also performs as part of the London Vocal Project and in a band for private events. Barnaby plays for ABRSM/Trinity classical grade exams and other student performances. He's also accompanied the pop-up choir Cantignorous Chorus in Hackney and Hackney Choral choir. Barnaby has played on piano and sung at venues such as Ronnie Scott's, King's Place and Jazz Cafe, working with artists such as Dave Holland, Norma Winstone, and more. He is currently working on a debut solo project for release later this year. Barnaby's creative and sensitive approach to teaching and performing helps him to curate a suitable pathway for all kinds of students, whether they are preparing for exams or not. The most important thing for Barnaby is that students nourish the enjoyment of playing with a well-structured, goal-orientated program of piano study.
