Our piano teacher Xinyue offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Xinyue has been teaching piano lessons since 2012. In her career, this piano teacher has played extensively as a soloist and in several competitions, receiving accolades such as First Prize in the Yamaha National Pianist Competition in Shanghai, Second Prize in the Italian Barletta International Youth Musicians Competition, and Second Prize in the Yingchang Piano Competition in Beijing. She was also awarded the Graduate Fellowship at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Xinyue also has experience performing collaboratively, including with the piano trio band she established in London and an invitation to perform in an improvisation recital with her classmates at the Helvting Concert Hall. She has also recorded music, including a CD of 300 Chinese and foreign folk songs. This piano teacher is also a skilled accompanist, and has performed with choirs, opera singers, instrumentalists, and ensembles. Xinyue has taught many musical subjects, including piano, music theory, visual singing and ear training, and portfolio tutoring.
