Our piano teacher Minoru offers classical piano lessons for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Piano Performance degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Minoru has been teaching piano lessons since 1994. In her career, she has performed extensively as a soloist, including as the opening performer for the International Summer Academy concert with the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg, in the presence of the Federal President of Austria. She has performed at international music festivals and concerts, and was the winner of the first prize at the International Kurt Leimer Piano Competition. Minoru has also recorded for radio and broadcasting in Austria. This piano teacher is also a talented collaborative performer, and has traveled with a piano trio and piano and violin duo for concerts in Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, and Italy. Minoru is a skilled accompanist, and accompanied a vocalist during a concert at the Paris Conservatoire. She is passionate about providing children with the highest possible standard of musical education, but teaches with patience. Minoru introduces students to the enjoyable and engaging aspects of piano playing, while actively motivating them to progress towards advanced piano performance.
